Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days. Please email customercare@bluekitepress.com and we’ll exchange or refund your item.

Order Issues/Incorrect Address

We understand that accidents happen when placing an order. Email us at customercare@bluekitepress.com and we'll let you know if your order shipped.

For orders that haven't shipped, we'll work with you to make the necessary adjustments to get the order right.

For orders that already shipped, please place a new order and we'll work with you to return, track down, and/or refund the original order.

Fraudulent Order Policy

Sometimes orders are flagged as potentially fraudulent. We reserve the right to request additional information from customers to ensure that all orders are placed and fulfilled correctly.
