If your order doesn’t meet your expectations we will make it right or take it back. Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days. Please email and we’ll exchange or refund your item.

Shipping Policy

We ship first class through the USPS. For orders up to $25 shipping is $8.95 and all orders $25 or more ship for free.

Delivery Issues

Can't find your package or the package wasn't delivered on time? Please contact USPS right away. Most issues can be fixed directly with the postal service. Once your package is in USPS hands, it's out of our control! Email if you need more information from us for a claim.

Order Issues/Incorrect Address
We understand that accidents happen when placing an order. Email us at and we'll let you know if your order shipped.

For orders that haven't shipped, we'll work with you to make the necessary adjustments to get the order right.

For orders that already shipped, please place a new order and we'll work with you to return, track down, and/or refund the original order.

Damaged during shipping: If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.
