Returns & Exchanges

U.S. Return Policy and Exchange Policy

Blue Kite Press gladly accepts returns of undamaged or defective merchandise that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.

Start a Return: Email us at customercare@bluekitepress.com to start a return for U.S. orders and receive a prepaid label (no printer required).

  • When using our prepaid label $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
  • Online and phone purchases can also be returned in store, in accordance with our policy.  


Returning a Gift

Email us at customercare@bluekitepress.com to start your return and receive a prepaid label (no printer required).

  • When using our prepaid label $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Blue Kite Press E-gift Card.

Exchanges

Start an Exchange: Email us at customercare@bluekitepress.com to start an exchange for U.S orders and generate a free exchange label. Exchanges are limited to online purchases of the same style number and same color but a different size of that item. Exchanges follow our normal return eligibility policy.
